HSBC Insurance Annual Dinner was held on 18 January 2008 at Regal Airport Hotel. To share the joy with its staff members, a 3-hour game period before the start of the banquet and a 3-hour on-stage performance during the banquet were arranged to serve more than 1,000 colleagues.
What we do
Our team has proposed “Thanksgiving Carnival” as the conceptual theme of the Dinner. We have specially designed and arranged a series of activities and decorations including creative photo corners, interactive game booths and fantastic performances, emcee, props & venue decoration.
We are responsible for the venue setup and decoration, event and stage management, programme rundown, emcee and scripting, design and production of all decorative visuals and promotional items such as souvenir gifts.
