Founders’ Day Reception was held annually to express the deep gratitude to donors and recognise the remarkable achievement of teachers and alumni of Hong Kong Baptist University.
What we do
Each year, more than 300 guests were welcomed at the foyer by extraordinary art exhibition / activities originally created by the undergraduates of the University, which showcased the artistic talents of the students. The ceremony started with wonderful musical performance by students, followed by a glittering animated gimmick to celebrate the anniversary of the University.
We are responsible for the idea implementation, event setup and decoration, stage management, lighting and PA system, programme rundown, artwork design and production of event visuals.
