People are important asset in Lane Crawford’s culture. To celebrate its 165th anniversary, a staff party was held by Lane Crawford to engage their staff and strengthen the sense of belonging by creating a memorable occasion for staff to have fun.
What we do
A staff party with the theme of “revisiting their rich heritage in retro Hong Kong style” was held simultaneously at two spots in OIS Store and 29/F Training Rooms at their Aberdeen office, with attendance of over 1,300 staff members.
Our team is responsible for event theme proposal, venue setup and decoration, lighting and PA control, stage and event management, programme rundown, artwork design and production of decorative visuals and all promotional items.

A tailor-made designed bamboo backdrop, which is one of the icons of old Hong Kong style, was located at the main entrance of the venue. Photo booth machines for instant photo printing, photo corner with decoration of retro Hong Kong lifestyle, various old Hong Kong styled street food stalls, fortune telling corners, UV party area were set up for all staff. To align with the main theme, various decoration items including lucky draw machine, old movie posters, hash tags, old home appliances, etc. were searched and collected for the event.
