“Sun Life x Hour of Code HK” in shopping mall

Hour of Code is a campaign encouraging every student to try computer science for one hour. It originates in the US and is spreading throughout the world. The Hour of Code workshops provide an interactive coding game for attendants to learn the concept of saving for retirement is important at all ages.
What we do
With title sponsorship by Sun Life Hong Kong, CityU Apps Lab has launched the first “Sun Life x Hour of Code HK” in Citywalk on 24 to 25 June 2017. A kick-off ceremony with gimmicks, followed by a series of workshops welcoming participants of parents and children, were arranged in the central atrium of the mall with high customer flow. A well-known celebrity was invited for being the MC of the event.
We are responsible for venue setup and decoration, lighting and PA control, stage and event management, programme rundown, artwork design and production of all decorative visuals and promotional items.
